America’s Best Companies (small business organization) that is extremely dedicated to supporting small businesses. It has worked great for my business.
One of the best is SCORE (service corp of retired executives). Their website is score.org. Also, many state and/or local governments have numerous resources on their webpages. And as cliche as it sounds, the library is a fantastic place for business contacts & info.
Before you contact any of the referrals to your question, I suggest you write down your top 5 business issues. Then when you contact the site or review the information on the sites, you can have a more specific focus. When those 5 issues are addressed, deal with the next 5, and so on.
Good luck.
